              Regardless of the number of items ordered, Ideas365 UK maintains a flat shipping fee. There is no minimum order amount.               2 - How to Track your order?

              3 - Where is my order confirmation email?

              6 - How do I change/modify order?

                      8 - What do I do if my tracking link does not work?

                      If you are having trouble with your tracking information, please be patient, as the tracking link may not be activated immediately. This delay is because the package needs to be processed and scanned at the courier's depot, which can take up to 24 hours. We apologize for any inconvenience and want to assure you that your package is on its way.                       1 - Can I return or exchange an item?

                      We understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 60-day return policy for all of our products, provided they are in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels attached. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return it, we will gladly accept it as long as it is in "as new" condition, with all original packaging and labels attached.
                       
                      To initiate a return, please inform us within 60 days of purchase that you want to return an item, and we will guide you through the process.                       2 - How do I return an item?

                      If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team at info@ideas365.co.uk before sending the item back to us.
                      Our team will assist you in ensuring that your return meets our return criteria and falls within the 60-day cancellation period.
                      Once your return is approved, we will email you a return note that must be printed and included when returning the product to us.
                      Please note that the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for suitable packaging and postage for the returned item. However, if the item is faulty or damaged then we’ll cover the return postage.

                       

                      3 - My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

                      We take great care to ensure that your order is delivered to you in perfect condition.
