Orders are usually processed within one working day. For items ordered before noon, we aim for same-day shipping. This applies to orders placed from Monday to Friday.

Tracking Your Order
For your convenience, all orders come with tracking, and you will receive a tracking link via email as soon as it becomes available. It's important to note that tracking numbers may take some time to become active in the system. We kindly ask for your patience before reaching out to us with concerns about inactive tracking numbers.
Non-Workings Days
Weekends and bank holidays are not considered working days for the purposes of shipping estimates.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not yet arrived, please note that we require a 10-day window from the dispatch date to officially consider it as lost, in adherence to our couriers' policies. While we make every effort to deliver over 95% of our orders within the designated shipping timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We take each delay seriously and conduct regular feedback sessions with our couriers to ensure the achievement of our targets.
Conditions for Resolving Lost Parcels:
- Returned to the ideas365 UK: We can proceed with a refund or replacement if the item is returned to us.
- Elapsed Time: If 10 days have passed since your order was dispatched and you haven't received it, we will consider it lost and process a refund or replacement.
